Three-year Limited Warrantee – Major Components

Two-year Limited Warrantee – Whole Machine

Arda guarantees that there shall be no significant defect in the materials and manufacturing process for the whole machine within two years while the major components of the kitchen appliances for three years since the date of purchase under the normal household conditions. This warrantee shall only apply to the Arda kitchen appliances purchased and installed through the official channels of Arda in Mainland China.
Within the period of guarantee, in case of any defect in the product under the conditions of normal use, Arda will make the confirmation by checking, and then decide at its own discretion to repair, replace or properly adjust such product. Arda shall not assume the labor cost and the disassembly or installation cost, or other incidental or derivative expenditures except for the abovementioned costs.
The implied guarantee to the product (including the guarantee to the marketability and suitability of the product for the special purpose) shall be valid only within the period of guarantee. Furthermore, Arda shall not take any liability for the compensation for any special, incidental, or derivative damages.
This warrantee shall only be applicable to the original customers. The damage to the product as a result of accident, error in installation, misuse or improper use and other causes not attributable to production/manufacturing shall go beyond the scope of warrantee. The improper maintenance, care and cleaning will result in the invalidity of the warrantee.
In order to obtain the valid warrantee service, please contact your dealer or contractor, or contact Arda’s service center (400-820-2265). Please make sure to provide all the relevant information, including the complete description of problems, type, purchase time and seller. Please also be sure to provide the purchase voucher (original invoice for sales).
Please note that the validity period of the quality insurance shall be calculated from the date of issuance of the invoice, deducting the time taken for repair and the unused time due to the lack of the components.

- This condition is applicable only in case of malfunctioning of the product due to original manufacturing deficiency/defect/fault. The reimbursement is not applicable in case of any product malfunctioning caused by misusage of the product and/or any kind of human intervention and/or improper product storage and/or improper product installation, and/or improper transportation of the product;
- This condition is applicable only after the return of the original copy of the receipt or invoice related to the purchase of the original malfunctioning product;
- This condition is applicable only after the return of the malfunctioning product in its original box/packaging, complete with all the items and components that were included in the box/packaging of the original malfunctioning product;
- The 30 days term is calculated from the product’s purchasing date as indicated on the purchasing receipt or invoice and has to be intended as calendar days, thus including weekends and public holidays;
- This condition applies exclusively to the products purchased after 1st of September 2014.

- This condition is applicable only in case of malfunctioning of the product due to original manufacturing deficiency/defect/fault. The product exchange is not applicable in case of any product malfunctioning caused by misusage of the product and/or any kind of human intervention, and/or improper product storage and/or improper product installation, and/or improper transportation of the product;
- This condition is applicable only after the return of the original copy of the receipt or invoice related to the purchase of the original malfunctioning product;
- This condition is applicable only after the return of the malfunctioning product in its original box/packaging, complete with all the items and components that were included in the box/packaging of the original malfunctioning product;
- The product exchange can be exclusively performed with a new product equal to the original product purchased. Product exchanges with different products are not allowed;
- The 60 days term is calculated from the product’s purchasing date as indicated on the purchasing receipt or invoice, and has to be intended as calendar days, thus including weekends and public holidays;
- This condition applies exclusively to the products purchased after 1st of September 2014.
